& Couples Therapy

Relationship therapy lasts approximately 45-50 minutes and is focused on romantic relationships, however you define them.

In relationship therapy, my goal is to help you discover what a healthy relationship looks like for you and your partner(s). I hope to build a strong and safe relationship between all parties, to allow for honesty and vulnerability.

When working with relationships, I use a combination of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help everyone in the relationship to communicate their needs and wants and learn what patterns they may be trapped in.

I strive to create an open and safe environment for all individuals and celebrate all identities along the gender and sexuality spectra.
