Therapy
Individual therapy lasts approximately 45-50 minutes and is focused on one-on-one help.
In individual therapy, my goal is to create an authentic and safe place that gives you the chance to be vulnerable and brave. This means making mistakes, asking questions, and even calling me out when I mess up!
I use an interpersonal process framework to explore how your experiences, good and bad have come together to create the person you are today. As humans, we learn how to interact with the world throughout our life, but sometimes we can get stuck in patterns that are no longer helpful. Using the therapeutic relationship, combined with ACT and DBT skills, my goal is to help you move forward more intentionally and bravely in your life.
