Teletherapy can provide a safe space virtually to individuals who are unable to get to an office due to time constraints, distance, logistical concerns, or other barriers. I treat my teletherapy sessions with the same confidentiality and importance of all my sessions.

While I am licensed in Colorado, thanks to PsyPact, I am able to see some individuals across state lines, for those living in select states. Any long distance therapy needs to be approved and discussed during the initial consultation, particularly around safety and resources.
